Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a fixed scope. Operation is paid per booking — we only make money when the platform does. We'll scope yours together.
Engagements consist of a fixed project fee invoiced at kickoff, followed by a per-booking operation fee collected automatically as a Stripe Connect Application Fee when your platform processes payments. Your Stripe account receives each booking's full amount minus the application fee; the application fee settles to Atelier Booking's Stripe account. All amounts are itemized in the engagement proposal — no undisclosed fees, no surprise line items.
